Description
The research aims to revolutionize through-wall imaging with advanced metasurface antennas for efficient wave manipulation. Objectives include designing high-performance arrays, optimizing parameters, ensuring adaptability, real-time imaging, and ethical considerations. Documentation and dissemination will contribute to understanding through-wall imaging, impacting both science and applications.
Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must not have been awarded a PhD Degree.
- A Master’s Degree is required in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Candidates must not have resided in the UK for more than 12 months within the three years preceding their employment start date. Additionally, for the remainder of this period, candidates must provide evidence of residing outside the UK.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required and must be formally demonstrated.
- Knowledge of machine learning and antenna/metasurface modelling using CST is necessary.
